The Folk Directory aims to provide a comprehensive,
user-compiled directory to regular, live Folk, Roots and Acoustic music
events in the UK; Clubs, Sessions, and Festivals. Its simple; you submit
your event, we confirm your submission, other users can then find your
listing in the database.
You may search or browse The Folk Directory, or add your own club, session,
festival or one-off event by using the links in the navigation panel to
the left.
Latest News: (28/02/2008)
The Folk Directory has been given funding from the Arts Council of England to help run and promote the website!
The site, which has now exceeded 300 event listings, will see some changes in the coming weeks and will hopefully be advertised in national magazines in order to spread the word a little further.
Thanks to everyone has made entries to the database so far, and to all the people that use the Folk Directory.
